Registration does not guarantee job selection, employment confirmation, salary assurance, or permanent placement. Final hiring decisions remain solely under the authority of the respective school/institution.
2. Eligibility
By registering, you confirm:
- You are legally eligible to work in India
- All information/documents submitted are true and genuine
- You are applying voluntarily for placement assistance
- You are not submitting fake qualifications, forged documents, or misleading information
- You understand and accept the service policies mentioned herein

Placement / Service Fee = 50% (15 days) of one month’s gross salary
The service charge becomes applicable once the candidate receives final selection confirmation, accepts an offer letter, joins the institution, and begins working through our reference. This charge remains applicable irrespective of duration of employment, early resignation, personal dissatisfaction, school termination, salary disputes, or any other reason. No waiver, reduction, cancellation, or adjustment request shall be entertained after joining.
5. Payment Terms
Registration fees must be paid through approved methods. Service charges must be paid within the timeline communicated by HR INDIA ACADEMY. Delayed or unpaid dues may result in legal recovery proceedings and blacklisting. The candidate agrees not to intentionally avoid or bypass service charges after successful placement.
6. Interview & Selection Disclaimer
HR INDIA ACADEMY acts only as a placement facilitator. We do not guarantee selection, salary structure, school environment, or long-term employment. Selection depends entirely on candidate performance, subject knowledge, communication skills, demo, school requirements, experience, and qualifications.
7. Professional Conduct Policy
Candidates must maintain professional conduct. Misbehavior, abusive language, fake commitments, repeated no-shows, harassment, defamation, recording confidential conversations, or manipulation attempts will lead to termination of services without refund.
8. Direct Contact / Bypass Policy
If a candidate receives school details, interview information, or vacancy information through HR INDIA ACADEMY, they shall not bypass the company to avoid service charges. Any direct or hidden joining through our reference still makes the candidate liable for applicable service charges. Legal action/recovery proceedings may be initiated.
9. Refund Process
Eligible refunds (if approved) may require identity verification, interview attendance proof, bank/payment proof, and written refund request. Processing timelines vary. The company reserves full authority regarding refund approval/rejection decisions.
10. Media & Profile Consent
By registering, candidates authorize HR INDIA ACADEMY to use submitted CV/resume, introduction videos, profile photographs, academic details, and experience information for school presentations, recruitment processing, profile shortlisting, and placement coordination purposes only.
11. Privacy Policy
Candidate information is used strictly for recruitment processing, interview coordination, employer communication, and placement assistance. We do not sell confidential candidate data to unauthorized third parties. However, relevant profile information may be shared with schools/institutions for recruitment purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
HR INDIA ACADEMY shall not be held responsible for school management behavior, salary delays, workplace disputes, termination, accommodation issues, personal losses, mental stress, or verbal commitments made by schools. Candidates are advised to independently verify employment terms.
13. Modification & Governing Law
Modification of Terms: HR INDIA ACADEMY reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
Governing Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
15. Final Declaration
By clicking “I Agree”, registering, making payment, attending interviews, or continuing with our services, the candidate confirms that:
